How do you respond when ask, “Who are you?”

Hi, I’m Christina Callaway, a Certified Mindset and Confidence Coach and the founder of Christina Callaway Life Coaching, LLC. With a BA in Leadership Studies, specializing in Human Behavior and Organizational Leadership from Piedmont University, I have a deep understanding of how to help individuals unlock their potential. Currently, I am pursuing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to further enhance my ability to support athletes in overcoming mental barriers and achieving peak performance.

While all of this is true, it only informs on what I do or have done – it does not touch on WHO I am.

As a former competitive gymnast and coach with over 35 years of experience, I’ve come to realize that our challenges shape us far more than our victories. The setbacks and failures that once seemed insurmountable are now stepping stones to greater achievements. My strength didn’t come from winning; it came from enduring tough moments and emerging stronger on the other side.

Through this journey, I’ve learned that our greatest triumphs often arise from what we initially see as our deepest failures. The key is shifting our mindset—seeing obstacles not as barriers but as opportunities for growth and learning.

With decades of experience in gymnastics and the personal lessons I’ve gained from navigating challenges, I’m here to share these insights with athletes, parents, and coaches. My goal is to help others transform their approach to both sports and life, turning setbacks into the foundation for future success.
