I’ve been deeply connected to athletics my entire life—first as a competitive gymnast, then as a gymnastics coach. I know firsthand how crucial confidence and a strong mindset are, but I also know they’re not always easy to achieve. Whether you're standing at the edge of a mat before a big routine, preparing for a return to play after injury, or gearing up for a key moment in your season, the nerves kick in, and the doubts start to creep in.
This is where costly mistakes can happen, and that’s where I come in.
